Ruckfecta Score Calculator

Calculate your Ruckfecta Score from any ruck. Enter the distance you covered, the elevation you gained, and the weight you carried in your pack to see how a single workout scores against the Ruckfecta community benchmark.

How the Score Is Built

The Ruckfecta Score combines three normalized factors. Distance contributes 35 percent, elevation gain contributes 30 percent, and relative load — pack weight expressed as a percent of your body weight — contributes 35 percent. Each factor is compared against the community 95th percentile so the resulting number is a fair benchmark across rucking styles.

Distance, Elevation, and Load

Distance rewards longer rucks proportionally. Elevation rewards hills and stairs over flat ground. Relative load rewards carrying more weight relative to your own body weight, so a lighter rucker hauling a heavy pack can score the same as a larger rucker carrying a moderate load. Use any combination of miles, kilometers, feet, meters, pounds, or kilograms.

Calculator vs. Leaderboard

This calculator scores a single ruck against the community per-workout benchmarks. The Ruckfecta monthly leaderboard scores monthly totals against the community monthly totals, so the two numbers will not match — and that is expected. Same formula, different comparison pool.
