Answers to the most common questions about Ruckfecta — what rucking is, how the Ruckfecta Score is calculated, how to sync Garmin Connect, how teams and chapters work, and how to manage your account, profile, and notifications.
Rucking is walking or hiking while carrying weight in a backpack. The Ruckfecta Score is a per-workout performance metric from 0 to 100 that combines distance, elevation gain, and relative pack weight, then normalizes the result against community benchmarks so different rucking styles can be compared fairly side by side.
Log a ruck manually with distance, elevation, and pack weight, or connect a Garmin Connect account to sync workouts automatically. Edits to your weight or notes update the score immediately. Workouts feed your personal stats, achievement badges, monthly Ruckfecta Rank, and the leaderboards you appear on.
