Ruckfecta Help Center

Answers to the most common questions about Ruckfecta — what rucking is, how the Ruckfecta Score is calculated, how to sync Garmin Connect, how squads and clubs work, and how to manage your account, profile, and notifications.

Rucking and the Ruckfecta Score

Rucking is walking or hiking while carrying weight in a backpack. The Ruckfecta Score is an uncapped per-workout performance metric that combines distance, elevation gain, and relative pack weight, then normalizes the result against current eligible community p95 benchmarks so different rucking styles can be compared fairly side by side. A score of 100 is the benchmark, not the maximum.

Tracking Workouts and Garmin Sync

Log a ruck manually with distance, elevation, and pack weight, or connect a Garmin Connect account to sync workouts automatically. Edits to your weight or notes update the score immediately. Workouts feed your personal stats, achievement badges, monthly Ruckfecta Rank, and the leaderboards you appear on.
